Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
To request a return, exchange, or replacement, contact support@cba.com with your order number. Approved returns will receive instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact support@cba.co with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
